Shortest Tweet

"We're losing people's attention!" says someone on the analytics team at Tweeter. To help keep users' attention, the engineers decide that we need to build a new view with the shortest tweets we can possibly show. To fetch the data for this new view, let's select all users and the body of their shortest tweet.

We have users in the tweeters table and their tweets in the tweets table.

Select all rows and columns of tweeters, and add a column, shortest_tweet, which contains the body of their tweet with the fewest characters. If there are multiple tweets tied for shortest, take the more recent one.
